Stuart Lancaster is an expert high performance rugby coach, current Racing 92 Head Coach and also having spent time as both Head Coach of Leinster Rugby and the England International Rugby team. He took the England Team to the World Cup in 2015 and faced some harsh ups and downs during this process. Stuart Lancaster is renowned for his profound knowledge, strategic insight, and commitment to developing talent which translates from the field to the board room.

After 2014 success at the RBS 6 Nations and the Summer Tour to South Africa, Stuart gained an incredible amount of respect and admiration within the rugby community. The RFU reinforced their support for Stuart and his methodology by appointing him permanent full-time coach of the England Rugby Team.

After losing the 2015 World Cup and leaving his position at England, Stuart moved on to coach Leinster Rugby in Dublin. Learning from his experiences, he can share tips on creating a positive team culture, implementing change within a team, achieving buy-in from players and process vs outcome. Stuart Lancaster left Leinster for a four-year role as Head Coach at French club Racing 92. In his time at Leinster he won the Heineken Champions Cup in 2018 and four PRO14 titles.
