With an 18-year professional career at Munster Rugby and a record-setting 304 caps, Stephen is one of the most experienced and respected figures in Irish rugby. He represented Ireland at senior level, earning two international caps, and played a key role in Munster’s Celtic League victory in 2011 and the United Rugby Championship win in 2023.
Following his playing career, Stephen transitioned into mentoring and management, becoming a registered rugby agent dedicated to guiding the next generation of players through the professional ranks. Off the pitch, he remains deeply committed to grassroots development, coaching at Cork Con Minis, Christian Brothers College Cork, and University College Cork.
Known for his calm leadership and deep strategic insight, Stephen brings invaluable lessons from high-performance sport into the boardroom and beyond.
