Born in Dublin, Ireland, Brian’s life took a dramatic turn when he overcame a 15-year heroin addiction in 2013. This pivotal moment led him to pursue an education in psychology, where he excelled, ultimately earning a PhD in Neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin.

He is also a lecturer at Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin, where he shares his knowledge and insights with students.
