Caroline Currid is one of Ireland’s leading performance psychologists with over 16 years of experience working with both corporate and sports clients globally. Caroline has an impressive track record, having been part of the backroom teams for four All-Ireland winners: Tyrone Footballers (2008), Tipperary Hurlers (2010), Dublin Footballers (2011), and Limerick Hurlers (2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023). She has also worked with prominent athletes such as Lions’ captain Paul O’Connell and Kenya’s 800m Olympic champion, David Rudisha.
Caroline began her career in the corporate world with a degree in Computer Programming but soon followed her passion for sports, earning an MSc in Sport Psychology from Ulster University and an MBA from University College Cork. She also holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching and is accredited in Insights Discovery and as a Master Practitioner in NLP.
Caroline specialises in leadership development, executive team effectiveness, and business performance. Her unique approach combines practical psychology with real-world applications, enabling her clients to achieve high performance.
