Born in Oban, Scotland, Susie Wolff’s motorsport journey began early, excelling in karting and being named British Kart Racing Driver of the Year at 13. She won the 24Hr Middle East Kart Championship and was named Top Female Kart Driver in the World in 2000.
In 2001, Susie moved to professional racing in the Formula Renault UK Championship, achieving three podiums and two nominations for British Young Driver of the Year. She then raced in Formula 3 and made a significant impact in DTM with Mercedes-Benz from 2006 to 2012.
In 2012, Susie joined Williams Racing in Formula One, becoming the first woman in 22 years to participate in a race weekend at the 2014 British Grand Prix. She retired from racing in 2015 and launched the ‘Dare To Be Different’ initiative to promote women in motorsport.
In 2016, Susie became an ambassador for ‘She’s Mercedes,’ a platform to inspire and empower women. In 2018, she was appointed Team Principal and shareholder of ROKiT Venturi Racing, later becoming CEO in 2021. In early 2023, Susie was named Managing Director of the F1 Academy, focused on developing young female drivers.

She inspires young women globally, discussing how to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage teams effectively, while sharing her experiences as a former racing driver, team owner, and CEO.
