While we are waiting for a vaccine to arrive, the importance of our health and wellbeing is greater than ever before. The virus has turned long-term chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease into short-term acute problems especially for unhealthy and vulnerable people. Developing an active, healthy, sustainable lifestyle is now more important than ever and will help build or maintain the healthy immune system and metabolism everyone needs to combat Covid-19.
Jim is a passionate and inspirational speaker, author and employee health well being and lifestyle coach. Jim returned to Ireland from the USA at the end of 2016 and is currently director of his own coaching business “Your New Lifestyle Mission” and Pat Falvey’s Forever Young Club. He’s the creator of Get America Moving and he spent 10 years as a CEO of a specialty sports business in the Carolinas. Before that he spent over 25 years working in HR in Ireland. He’s a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
