Jim’s passion for living a healthy life started over 40 years ago when his 47 year old dad died suddenly from a massive heart attack. He’s the creator of Get America Moving and now back in Ireland, his mission is to increase awareness about the dangers of inactivity and the many health benefits of moving throughout the day.
 
Jim is a passionate and inspirational speaker, author and employee well being coach. The contents and strategies in his book “The eXercise Factor” will challenge you to take a long hard look at yourself. It’s packed with tons of great advice and an easy to follow road map for a long and healthy life, regardless of your age, weight or current fitness level.

Previously he spent 10 years as a CEO of a specialty sports business in the Carolinas, USA and before that over 25 years working in HR in Ireland. He’s a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
